The first shovel hit the ground on May 15 for this housing project, which will offer 249 rental units in the borough of Saint-Laurent.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Baskervville||||||||” text_text_color=”#A8813D” text_font_size=”1.3vw” text_line_height=”1.71em” width=”80%” width_tablet=”90%” width_phone=”90%” width_last_edited=”on|phone” module_alignment=”center” custom_padding=”20px||||false|false” custom_padding_tablet=”20px||||false|false” custom_padding_phone=”|3vw||3vw|false|true” custom_padding_last_edited=”on|phone” animation_style=”slide” animation_direction=”bottom” animation_intensity_slide=”24%” text_font_size_tablet=”2.5vw” text_font_size_phone=”3.5vw” text_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone” text_orientation_tablet=”” text_orientation_phone=”center” text_orientation_last_edited=”on|phone” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n Led by developer Quorum, the Dalia project will be located at 1956 Bourdon Street, on the site of the former Valeant factory. It will consist of a seven-story building with 139 units and three other three-story buildings with a total of 110 units. The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2026.<\/p>\n LEED Gold and Silver certifications are also being targeted.
